Anthrivia AI Governance
AI governance you can defend.
We help governments, institutions and companies put AI risk, accountability and compliance in place before regulators, auditors or the public ask.
Independent by design: our governance reviews are never applied to systems we built.
The problem we solve
AI is already in use across most institutions, often without a register, an owner or a way to explain a decision. When a regulator, an auditor or a journalist asks, there is no good answer.
Governance is not a policy document. It is who decides, who is accountable, what evidence exists, and what happens when a system gets it wrong. We put those things in place, and we make them hold up under questions.
What we do
- 01
AI governance frameworks
Policies, roles, decision rights and oversight structures that fit how your institution actually works.
- 02
AI risk and impact assessments
Use-case risk tiering, impact assessments, bias and safety reviews.
- 03
AI audits and assurance
Independent reviews of AI systems and vendors, never systems we built.
- 04
Regulatory readiness
ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, the EU AI Act and Gulf national AI frameworks.
- 05
AI inventory and model registry
A single view of where AI is used and who owns it.
- 06
Board and leadership briefings
What leaders need to know, and what they need to decide.

Questions buyers ask
Do you audit AI you also built?
No. Anthrivia AI Governance never audits, assesses or certifies systems built by Anthrivia Technology.
Where should an institution start?
Usually with an AI readiness and risk assessment: a scored view of where you stand and a prioritised plan. Fixed scope and duration are still to be set.
Can you help us prepare for ISO/IEC 42001?
Yes, readiness work is one of our services. We advise on readiness; we do not issue certificates.
Do you work in Arabic?
Arabic materials are in preparation. Ask us about your language needs when you brief us.
